A training session titled “Bologna Processes, e-Exams, ASÜM Application, Sending Notifications, Attendance Procedures, Academic Advising Appointment Procedures, and Use of the Cooperation and Synergy Module,” organized by our University’s Digital Transformation Coordination Office for academic staff, was held on January 16, 2026, via the Distance Education Center (UZEM). Academic staff from the Management and Organization Department of Eskil Vocational School also participated in the training. The session provided information on the effective and accurate use of the university's digital systems, the management of academic processes in a digital environment, and the integration of digital applications into instructional activities. Conducted via distance education, the program aimed to facilitate the digitalization process by supporting academic staff in the practical use of these systems.
