The Eskil Vocational School Management and Organization Department Board meeting for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year was held on April 6, 2026, at 13:00, chaired by the Acting Head of Department, Lecturer Dr. Zekiye ÖRTLEK, with the participation of the department board members. The meeting comprehensively addressed the updating of the curriculum, the methods of teaching, the organization of practical hours, the quality of course materials, and the assessment and evaluation processes. Furthermore, evaluations were made to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of educational activities based on the opinions and suggestions of the academic staff. In this context, it was planned to hold regular meetings at the beginning of each semester to increase student-academic staff interaction.
Arrangements for more effective implementation of counseling and guidance services through the ASÜM application were evaluated; it was decided to implement the exam schedule and assessment criteria in a more systematic, transparent, and shared structure. The meeting concluded with decisions aimed at strengthening the academic quality of the department and improving student-centered service processes.
